Sleep Apnea.

New Research shows pain medication may cause life threatening side effects.  The Journal of the AmericanAcademy of Pain Medicine released findings that opioid based pain medications may cause sleep apnea.  Although the drugs may be helping with the pain during the day, they can cause a patient to not breath at night while sleeping.  Taking moderate to high doses of prescribed medication can cause a sleep apnea
